What kind of “support” do you give to your customers?


One reason we have no desire to get big is because we want to know all our customers by name! We are only a phone call or e-mail away! Kelli posts pictures on Instagram, and we try to give a little, “newsy” email with your box each week. We don’t want to fill your inbox with unwanted information, but do want to help you feel connected to your farm and farmers.

A highlight for many customers is our spring and fall open house. We encourage you to come out and experience a taste of farm life. Seeing where your food is grown, and talking to our farm family is a great way to feel connected.

Questions on billing or technical details (like scheduling a hold, etc.) are dealt with directly by Harvie. This frees us up to focus more on relationships rather than technical gobbly-gook.
